A New Home for the HR Family

One of our proudest milestones was moving into our own office and sales hub. This wasn’t just about creating a workspace, but a place where our agents could come together, support one another, and feel part of something bigger.

The introduction of our in-house sales hub has strengthened communication across the business and allowed us to work even more closely as a team, ultimately helping us deliver a better experience for every client.

This year has been full of standout moments, driven by some truly incredible individuals.

Emma had an exceptional year, becoming a record-breaker for HR Estate Agents completing sales on 52 homes. Since joining us in 2024, Emma has consistently delivered outstanding service, built strong client relationships, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the industry.

She has become an integral part of the HR family, and we’re excited to see what 2026 brings for her.

We also welcomed James Whalley to the team, who went on to achieve a record number of completions for an agent in their first 12 months. James’ commitment, professionalism, and positive approach have made a real impact, and we can’t wait to see how he builds on this success in the year ahead.

Over the past year, HR Estate Agents also moved confidently into a new bracket of property. This milestone reflects the trust our clients place in us across all areas of the market, and with more premium homes already in the pipeline, 2026 is set to be another exciting year.

One of our most meaningful achievements has been reaching 600+ Google reviews, while maintaining an outstanding 4.9 out of 5 rating. These reviews represent real experiences from families and individuals who trusted us to guide them through their move.

Alongside this, we completed on 222 properties, making it a record year for HR Estate Agents — a milestone that reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire team.

The wider HR team continues to grow, helping us offer a more joined-up and supportive service.
